WarePilot WMS is a professional Warehouse Management System (WMS). We are committed to providing users with secure and reliable software services. This app does not collect any data. All information is stored 100% locally on your device (Local SQLite mode) or on servers fully controlled by you (Self-hosted libSQL/Turso Cloud mode). Regarding data security and privacy protection, we establish the following principles:

Data Ownership

• Your Data, Your Control: Users have complete ownership and control over all data stored in their database
• Local First: In Local SQLite mode, all data is stored locally on the user's device and is fully controlled by the user
• Self-Hosting Option: In Remote libSQL mode, users can deploy the database on their own servers, with data fully managed by the user

Our Service Scope

• Software Service Provider: We only provide the WarePilot WMS application software and related technical support services
• No User Data Collection: We do not collect, store, analyze, or utilize any user's business data
• No Database Access: Unless users actively request technical support and provide explicit authorization, we will not access user databases

Data Security Responsibility

Users are responsible for the security configuration, backup, and access control of their databases. Recommended security measures:

• Regularly backup database files
• Set strong passwords and access permissions
• Use HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections in Remote libSQL mode
• Regularly update systems and software
• Safeguard database access credentials (such as private keys, tokens, etc.)

Cloud Service (Turso) Usage

• Third-Party Service: Turso is a third-party cloud database service. When users choose to use this service, they must comply with Turso's terms of service and privacy policy
• Data Transmission: When using Turso cloud service, data is transmitted through encrypted networks
• Service Independence: We have no affiliation with Turso and only provide technical integration support
