CSV Pilot Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current macOS application developed by Huashan Liu. Contact: liu.huashan@foxmail.com.
Files and local processing
CSV Pilot processes files you choose on your Mac. File contents, cell edits, search queries and exported documents are not uploaded to the developer. Files are written to locations you select. Documents in cloud-synchronized folders may be synchronized by the folder provider under its own policy.
Data collection and tracking
The app does not send personal data to the developer or operate a developer analytics service. It includes no advertising, cross-app tracking or developer account system. App preferences are stored locally and are not received by the developer.
Apple services and purchases
Apple handles downloads, payments and purchase transactions under its own privacy policy. Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. StoreKit verifies purchase status and restores access on your Mac. Purchase status is processed on-device, not sent to a developer-operated server. The developer does not receive payment card details. Apple may provide sales and financial reports under its terms.
Support
If you email us, your address and the information you include are used to respond. Do not send sensitive CSV data unless necessary. Correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve requests and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by email, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your choices
You choose which files to open, save and export. You can delete documents and uninstall the app. No account is required. CSV Pilot does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Children
CSV Pilot is a general-purpose productivity tool, not a service directed specifically to children. The app does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
Website scope
This policy covers the macOS app, not this website. This website uses a separately hosted analytics script and stores language and theme preferences locally. Website hosting and analytics may process technical access information; app usage and CSV file contents are not sent to them.
